Aaron was appointed to the role in February 2024 and is responsible for the ongoing leadership, strategy, development and success of the UK business.

With a track record of driving growth, cultivating positive cultures, and delivering exceptional results for customers, his expertise spans bank and non-bank lending, loans management, and compliance. Prior to this he led the mortgage and commercial lending business for Pepper Money Australia-New Zealand, State General Manager at Westpac and St George Bank, and Head of Broker Distribution at Citi.
