Narinder is responsible for all technology solutions across Pepper Advantage and is focused on providing alignment and leadership across all our jurisdictions, to ensure we deliver high-quality solutions for our technology and cyber-related activity.

Narinder is a senior technology professional with more than 20 years’ experience across a range of industries. He joined Pepper Advantage in July 2022 as Head of Strategic Projects, after a prior stint as Transformation Program Director for Pepper European Services in 2019. Prior to that, he was the Mortgages Technology Lead for NatWest Group, and held senior technology roles at HSBC, Capgemini, Barclays and UBS. His time at the global banks has given him valuable insight and experience as we evolve our technology offering to the market.
