Niall Sorohan was appointed CEO of Pepper Advantage Ireland in January 2025, bringing over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry across Ireland and the UK.
 
Prior to joining Pepper Advantage, Niall served as CEO of Cabot Ireland, where he led its growth and development, establishing it as one of Ireland's leading credit servicing companies. His previous roles include COO of Cabot Ireland and Head of Asset Management at Capita, where he built a strong reputation for driving operational excellence and delivering customer-focused strategies.
 
As CEO of Pepper Advantage Ireland, Niall leads a team of over 600 employees across Shannon and Dublin, overseeing operations that support more than 130,000 mortgage accounts. Backed by the global Pepper Advantage Group and the Irish Board, Niall is focused on growing the company’s position as a key player in the Irish financial services community, delivering market-leading solutions for clients and borrowers.
