About us

We work across multiple asset classes and product lines, including real estate, loans, credit cards, asset management and point of sale. Currently we operate out of nine jurisdictions, with over 1,250 skilled employees representing more than 45 nationalities.

Our current management team has been in place from the outset and has driven material AUM growth to US$55 billion. Over time, Pepper Advantage has built a strong reputation for succeeding in complex regulated markets and has developed excellent industry contacts.

We’re investing heavily in our scalable IT structure, providing diverse asset class coverage, including comprehensive API integrations to multiple lenders and retailers, fully integrated workflow and CRM systems and cloud-based data warehousing.

Following the acquisition of Millennium Holdings KK in 2021, Pepper Advantage established its presence in Tokyo, Japan.

Our history timeline

Following the acquisition of GE Capital Ireland, Pepper Advantage expanded its successful business model from Australia and New Zealand into Europe.

2012
European growth was further supported by the acquisition of loan portfolios in the UK and Spain. Initially the focus was on non-performing loans.

2013
Pepper Advantage accelerated its technology investment, initially building out CRM and workflow capabilities across the UK, Ireland and Spain.

2015
Further client verticals were added as Pepper Advantage continued its growth across multiple asset classes and product lines.

2016
Pepper Advantage continued its European expansion entering the Greek market with the acquisition of NAI Hellas, a specialist business of commercial property advisors.

2018
Pepper Advantage established servicing platforms in India and China, providing a loan-servicing and resolution business with expertise in investment management.

2019
Pepper Advantage’s agile tech capabilities and flexible approach came into its own, developing fast solutions for people impacted by the pandemic.

2020
Expansion continued with the acquisition of Millennium Holdings KK in Japan and setting up Indonesia’s first global loan-servicing platform.

2021
We established the first outsourcing centre in Suva Fiji under the Advantage Hub offering.

2022
Expanding our credit technologies capabilities, we acquire an AI-driven credit assessment tool previously known as Rieom.ai
